14 Session Program
(EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques)
Old trauma, patterns, and limiting beliefs fade revealing your deepest desires and the power to create it!
Gary Craig, founder of EFT, says “All negative emotions are as a result of a disruption in the energy system (at the time of trauma).
Tapping (aka EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines psychological investigation with tapping on acupressure points to rebalance the energy system while shifting paradigms, limiting beliefs and patterns to make room for new possibilities. Tapping is a unique healing experience, similar to therapy but works much more quickly creating lasting change and new perspectives.
Great for anxiety, pain, depression, weight loss, eating disorders, addictions, trauma, PTSD, removing blocks to creativity, developing your intuition, and to Manifest Your Desires!
One session, package of four or a 14 session program. The 14 session program includes a workbook with customized sessions.
