Rebecca is a Usui Tibetan Reiki Master ,Jin Shin Jyutsu Practitioner and certified graduate of The Academy of Healing Nutrition having completed a Holistic Health Counseling & Longevity Diet Coaching program .
From the time Rebecca was a young girl she has always had a special interest in natural ways of healing , metaphysics, nutrition and the whole mind – body– spirit connection. For the past 18years she has studied many modalities of holistic ways of healing, energy work, body work, nutrition, essential oils, crystals and the power of positive thinking .
Her positive attitude along with her compassion and intuition enables her to offer a professional, nurturing, individualized approach to healing and guidance.

What is Jin Shin Jyutsu?
JIN SHIN JYUTSU is a Japanese traditional form of acupressure therapy that harmonizes the body’s energetic system through a form of light touch on 26 locations (Safety Energy Locks or SEL’s) on each side of the body.
The body contains energy pathways called organ function energies. When these pathways become restricted, the resulting stagnation can lead to pain, discomfort and stress. JSJ promotes circulation throughout the body thereby decreasing physical and mental symptoms which in turn harmonizes mind, body and spirit.
Jin Shin Jyutsu sessions are associated with reduced levels of stress , anxiety, fatigue and pain immediately following treatment, and that more than one session would result in an accumulative decrease of symptoms.
What is a Private Session Like?
As a client, you remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on your back on a massage table. The practitioner “listens” to the wrist pulses that reveal areas that need to be released or strengthened in the area of the body that needs harmonizing.
The practitioner gently places their fingertips or hands along specific locations (known as “Safety Energy Locks” or SEL’s) on the body. This stimulates the circulation of the energy pathways which helps to clear accumulated tension and stress. Release of tension and stress helps the body to regain harmony.
Self-help techniques may be given at the end of the session to continue the body’s healing process.
Best results occur with an empty stomach. For maximum benefit, do not eat a full meal within one hour of your session. If you must eat before a session have a light snack.
