Take yourself off the grid for a weekend of yoga, camping, hiking, meditation, food, friends, campfires and s’mores!
Unplug yourself and spend the weekend in the beauty of the Catskill Mountains.
Step away from the noise and “busyness” of life to fully connect with new and old friends…and reconnect with yourself.
No camping experience needed!

How much does the retreat cost?
$250 per person due with registration
What is included in the cost?
* Campsite 2 nights
*3 yoga classes (Friday night, Saturday morning, Sunday morning)
* A Guided hiking trip Saturday
* Meditation Sessions by the lake on Saturday and Sunday morning
* Essential Oils 101 class Saturday afternoon
* 5 Vegetarian meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast)
* S'mores by the fire Saturday night
* A travel yoga kit (includes a Jade travel mat, a bag and other camping essentials)
What are the check in/out times?
Check in on Friday will be starting at 3:00 pm
Check out on Sunday will be noon
How will I get there?
Transportation to the campground will be the responsibility of the participant.
We will attempt to arrange carpool groups.
Do I need to have camping experience to attend the retreat?
No, this retreat is very accessible for rookie campers. We take care of a lot of details.
What if I don’t have a tent or other camping equipment.
You won’t need a lot of equipment. A tent can be great to have but you may not need one. You may be able to share a tent with another camper. When we have a group list, we can figure out who has equipment and what is needed.
I’ve never done yoga. Can I still participate?
All levels of yoga practitioners, including beginners, are welcome. Classes will be taught at an intermediate level, with modifications offered for beginners and advanced
Besides yoga and camping, what else will we do on the retreat?
The retreat will also offer meditation sessions, group hiking, campfires, s’mores, journaling, quiet time to read, and some time by the lake.
What about food? Will I need to cook my own meals?
Healthy Vegetarian meals will be provided. Bring any snacks you may want. If you have any specific dietary restrictions, you may need to bring additional food.
What about the…umm, you know…the bathroom situation?
Don’t worry the campsite has bathrooms. We will be within walking distance of a bathroom.
What happens if it r….?
STOP!! The first rule of the retreat is DON”T JINX THE WEATHER! (FYI–the second is don’t feed the bears.) Being out in nature reminds us of how little we can actually control. Alas, the weather is one of those things. Bring rain gear just in case and we will have tarps for the campsite... Just in case!
What do I need to pack?
We will provide a lot of the equipment. Again, anything you have already, we can coordinate. Camping does not require a lot of clothing. Especially in August.
* Comfortable clothing for yoga and hiking. Moveable and breathable.
* A sweatshirt in case you get chilly at night
* Shoes to hike in
* Layered clothing to sleep in
* Bathing suit and towel for the lake
* Camera (Amazing picture opportunities!)
