What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is a form of holistic healing that originated over 5,000 years ago in India. The principles are time-tested and are based around the five elements and how these combine in each person to give us a unique constitutional makeup. By honoring our uniqueness, we can learn ways to keep ourselves in balance physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
What Happens During a Typical Session?
Liz offers her full attention during each session to support you on your journey to total wellness. We begin with an initial intake and full evaluation. From there, she will provide you with a plan to get you on your way to feeling your best and reaching all of your wellness goals.
During a session, instruction is provided on techniques including:

With training and experience in multiple modalities, Liz’s approach to wellness is truly holistic. She is certified as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, and also incorporates modern neuroscience techniques as well as Vedic Astrology.
Prior to opening her private practice in March of 2013, Liz worked in corporate finance for five years, and knows the effects that stress can have on the body and mind.
